I honestly don't understand the purpose of a runoff at this point. Unless I am misreading his post. But I could be wrong.
I agree. Mostly because we aren't going to confirm any other mafia, so the extra rounds of votes aren't going to add any info. To repeat the wise words of Dan, its time to "spray and pray" baby. People seem to agree on Theo and SFA being the most likely mafia. I'd say take out SFA first based off his comment. Cant think of a scenario where a townie says that

Doctor The doctor has the power to "protect" one player each night. They are allowed to protect themselves and can protect a different person on multiple occasions but the doctor cannot "protect" the same player on consecutive nights. If the save is successful, the ref will announce to all players at the beginning of the next day that a save was successful and the mafia kill was blocked (The ref will not disclose any player names involved with the "save" as that could lead to roles being disclosed inadvertently). The day then continues as normal with an even number of players. *The Doctor save will cancel one and only one whack. If both the Mafia and Vigilante whack the same player, and that player is whom the Doctor saved, said player will be saved but will use both of the Doctor's saves. If the Doctor only has one save, said person will die
