Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Have never heard of Walker Hayes but based on the other names he's sharing a lineup with I think I'm good
I believe he’s the Applebees song guy. Mark my words: I will never attend an event where his name is in large font.
he is. he also has a song the did well on country radio about trying to "keep my daughter off the pole" and how he himself is trying to stay out of AA.

And here I am trying to keep my daughter from singing songs about Applebees.
Yeah. This is pretty bad. Sunfest has done better in the past, but I certainly don't count on them to do so. It's a weird fn vibe up there in Downtown WPB.
Idk I always loved Sam's Town. That album came at the right time for me and I resonated with it so fn hard. I listened to it over and over while I saved up money to move to Miami and got tf out of Lexington, KY. I didn't ever connect with any of The Killer's other albums tho. They are certainly the best thing about that lineup.

This feels like it came from an alternate universe where sam's town was the killers breakthrough album and everyone was disappointed by Hot Fuzz

Yes that is the universe from where I post.
It’s a great universe to inhabit! Granted, I was 15 at the time, but I was incredibly hyped for the album, and over the years (up until Battle Born forced me, in my senior year of college, to reevaluate my relationship with the band) Sam’s Town really stuck with me, and I’ve always felt that the back half is more consistent than the back half of Hot Fuss.
Also hard agree that this is a weak lineup for Sunfest - I grew up 45 minutes south and went a few times in high school and college and it’s never been exactly good, but it was always at least eclectically fun. Jack Johnson is a hit for the festival demographics though (Ziggy Marley too). Really, if you replace The Chainsmokers with a headliner that’s breezier or has a better local draw (like Pitbull) this thing would probably sell a lot better, even with the bad undercard.
