If those dimensions are correct it should work. Also a lot of time people have space in their campsite they don't use because they don't have as much gear or they're going elsewhere, so someone might not mind if you encroach on their site a little bit. Just ask around to your neighbors. It's a good icebreaker as well.
Bring it all and it'll probably be fine. Being at the end of a row also helps. Might be difficult to pull off, but probably not impossible either.
