I ordered my ticket from the exchange and haven't gotten a tracking number yet. Trying to stay calm but also plan ahead, does anybody know if I'll be able to pick it up at the will call if it doesn't come to be in time?

I don't know but I see nobody has responded so I'm just posting to say hang in there. I'm sure it'll all work out.
I ordered mine in 2020 and I just got my tracking on Friday and it arrived today. I'm guessing with the exchange they still ship it direct to you and don't send it to the original buyer to resend on the honor system.

I rolled over and just got a notification that the shipping label was created. I understand the anxiousness around it but I am confident you will get some form of notification this week. Also you can setup a mychoices ups account and it will let you know when it ships and monitor that way as well

I did end up writing them today to see if willcalls an option…hopefully I’ll hear something.

For anybody else who ordered on the exchange I didn't get an email with my tracking number and under order history it still says no tracking available, I had to find in on UPS my choice.
I still haven’t received a shipping notification but I’m sure I’ll get it. Worst case Will Call. I’m just anxious in general but also I just want my cup and key chain lol

m Officially from like 2 years ago haha I rolled them over. I’ve received all the other emails. I got the one about my order shipping soon so at least I know everything is good to go minus the shipping lol

if you aren't already sign up for UPS my choice, you'll probably see it there first. I've heard everything ranging from saw in my UPS my choice hours before getting the email all the way up to got the email after the wristband was already in my hand.

What's the deal with Cashless? Are all vendors cashless?
I've never used cashless but my understanding is that not all vendors are cashless friendly...I do know bring cash if you are planning to shower. Did anybody have a hell of a time setting up their wristband? I'm not using cashless but still had to set it up and spent forever trying to get it to work (wouldn't except any of my banks)

It wouldn't let me go to the next step if I didn't fill in information for cashless...hadn't experienced that before either.

I'm looking to move my RV Camping pass from Thursday to Wednesday entry. On the bonnaroo FAQ page it says they will swap it at the box office. Does anyone know where the box office is? For some reason I remember there being one at each Toll Booth but am not 100%.

You still don't have to. There's a skip button on the bottom of you keep scrolling.
