lol yes but we dooo need to clarify what years we are doing. we did 2017/18 (JTR) and then 2019/20 (Theo) simultaneously last year so I do think only 2021/22 registrants are nom-able here

I think it's fair to say if they weren't in the conversation for last year, they should still be eligible. It's only been 9 months since we had one of these
