Bonnaroo's communication is really bad this year. Yes they can blame a global pandemic, but all the other festivals are doing a way better job. Small changes like those Friday changes I can accept, but if someone drops out, they should let us know.
I've said it before, but I hope not many changes are happening without them making us aware.

I haven’t been able to confirm, but based on a pic i saw on fb, I’m pretty sure the collectible credentials have a version of the lineup that has Rufus Su Sol replacing Lana, but still has King Gizzard
suffice to say they’re definitely not announcing all changes as they happen
I'm just happy Taz doesn't conflict with Mija anymore.
Mija sings now or something (like Yaeji I guess?) so I was curious what she would be doing on the Other. Maybe she's not ready to tour the new album and it's just a DJ set or something.
Taz is probably the most underrated and unknown talent on the lineup. I haven't seen him play in a few years, so I'll be at Who for that set. Good to see him using his voice now.
We're going to see him in Nashville Wednesday before the festival. There were too many conflicts around his Roo set so I'm glad I still get to check him out
Yeah, he's a prodigy. I posted about it when the Who Stage lineup was announced. But we first saw him at Bear Creek at Spirit of Suwanee in 2014. He was 11 at the time and about 4'5". But he still killed it. Bear Creek always did artists at large, and he was one of them. So he came up on stage to play with everyone from Umphrey's to Dumpstaphunk to Soulive. So that's when we discovered him. Then he's been out a couple times for stage appearances with bigger acts at Jazz Fest. He's only 18, but he's a hell of a player. Also of note, he was playing with Aquarium Rescue Unit when Col Bruce passed away on stage. That's like some Jimmy Hendrix from the afterlife visiting Frank Marino shit. Love me some Taz, but I haven't listened to any of his studio stuff - just seen him with others.
So, is Veeps.house (which is apparently in Plaza 9), even open to the average Bonnaroo attendee? None of these shows seem to be published in the schedule, so I would assume no.
Stumbled across this question, as well as this tidbit that might help from the Getting Ready to Roo page:
"Does My Wristband Let Me See All Of The Artists Performing? Yes! Your wristband is your ticket to enter the festival and includes access to all artist performances."

the Instagram ad for these shows says they're "online only" so I'm thinking they'll be live streamed with no crowd whatsoever, probably acoustic sets or whatever

I saw that too, but if that's the case it would be strange to advertise the Veeps House under the campground plaza information, stating "exclusive performances."

the description also says “intimate performances” which I think implies a small crowd

killer mike’s swag shop/plaza 6 has been removed from the camping schedule entirely
I understand some things aren't going to happen this year, but Bonnaroo just quietly removing things just makes me mad. How hard is it to give an update on these things... they take the time to adjust the schedule but don't share what they change.. ugh.

There are also some more minor campground changes since the schedules were first posted
Dirty circus and little cinema show added on Wednesday, some shortening of lounge events at house of yes, veeps house added to the schedule (still unclear who these shows are for if they’ll have fans allowed at all?), minor changes to events at sheroo and sanctuary of self love, new breed brass band opening ceremonies removed from the arch, changes to “morning shows with camp the less I know the sp’ghetter” show times whatever that is

There's a "Mdou with fans" at Veeps, so I'm assuming these are free for anyone passing by.

Ah dammit, the first thing I was planning on doing at Roo was the Hayley Williams talk Thursday afternoon. Got removed.
