I was given a revote with my options as voting for myself , LLL or MD. Given that teddy went MD, I wasn’t gonna stack unnecessarily so I was planning to vote LLL this morning. Now Dan has gone off MD though , so at least I have more of a decision here.

ok I figured but wanted to check if there was a secondary reason.
Just not really sure why teddy didn’t vote me, to give me that choice from the get go instead of waiting for someone else to move around to make it happen. I don’t want people voting for me, obviously, but I could’ve predicted I’d be in the final runoff from a mile off, so.

People use that “he’s always Maf!” thing for MD frequently and I bet it is irritating in the same way it sucks to be in d1 runoffs so often (regardless of how often I die from them, it is an unfortunate position to be placed in frequently nonetheless).

I know you play with MD more and I just found out about the new trope that he is "always Mafia" when us older players joked about Potent always being Mafia last game. It isn't as longstanding as the "boys club" theme, as you have learned in your games and statistics show. It is just a game and we can't form secret alliances like they can in Big Brother, so I'm just gonna be chill as fuck and roll with it.

To be clear, I’m absolutely annoyed that the final runoff is two out of the three chicks playing, including Forever Sus Rummy, and then “Always Maf MD” as the other one w us.

It is the fact that 2/3 of the fucking women in this game are slated to move forward that is off. THAT is what is off. She and I JUST had this conversation over the camping weekend. How we have to do the "twirl the hair and giggle" and pull our punches and watch our votes and how we interact with people so closely to try to stay in games. So I don't blame her at this point for picking me over MD. You guys would try to wrap it up that we are working together if she didn't. We LITERALLY just talked about this in person.

That being said, if we had 3/13 male to female ratio in a game, it would likely be the same, roles reversed. This is social science in action. If you are in any social group where you are the minority, you feel outnumbered, they feel empowered and suspicious of you and your motives. You feel suspicious back. The fact that we don't have a better ratio is the problem.

Well, I’m not keeping my vote on LLL if it comes down to it. . Have never participated in voting her off in round one before. And I’d much rather have the person I have the best ability to read around… especially if she’s a townie. So I’m curious if it’s just better to switch now so that doesn’t end up being the deciding move in a final runoff.

Obviously I am going to agree with you on this one. For the sake of my own sweating ballsack. I was about to point out that my vote on MD is going to predictably go to Rummy, so we only get 2 fresh/nonpredictable revotes.
