In working on this list I remembered one of the first cassettes I had as kid. It was a compilation so I googled a couple of the songs on it and behold! I present you with The Hit List:
Side One: 867-5309 Jenny - Tommy Tutone Do You Believe In Love - Huey Lewis and the News The Stroke - Billy Squier (Oh) Pretty Woman - Van Halen Keep On Loving You - REO Speedwagon Someday, Someway - Marshall Crenshaw
Side Two: Caught Up In You - .38 Special Urgent - Foreigner You Better You Bet - The Who Promises In The Dark - Pat Benatar Valley Girl - Frank & Moon Zappa
(Apparently it was two volumes on vinyl but I didn't have that one.)
anyone know of a good spotify -> txt/excel situation?
I don't know Spotify well but if you can export a playlist from it to an m3u or other playlist format, you can open it in iTunes and export it to a spreadsheet or text file from there. But make sure you hide all the columns you don't need before you do, because I believe it exports everything that is showing and iirc it's a nightmare
