I don't really see a flaw in the logic, and I'm fine with going now. What is bothering me is that Tranter (and KPO, apparently) aren't even considering that Cum is faking. That is going to be the downfall of the town. I mean, I have all 3 names, and it's always cool to win on a straight sweep, much cooler than strugg-a-ling to a D5 tossup. So it's tough for me to swallow being the exile here. But, I've been there from a townie's perspective and I'm trying to keep that in mind.

As I mentioned before, there's an unbelievable amount of chatter between the three mafia before the reveal occurs. They were obviously setting this up, which is proving to be successful because some of you have a hard time believing it's real. Here's Cum starting the chatter by voting for her teammate.
Tranter has an annoying habit of coming out of the gate and firing. Here's where he did that, naming Dan (correctly) as mafia. He named KPO/Dan/Potent, so he got 1 of 3. Then Danbob gives up the whole scheme, thinking that nobody will pay attention to what he said later in the game.

D1R1 will end tomorrow Oct 29th at 11AM EST. First request or a vote within two hours before the deadline will automatically extend the round six hours.
This occurred 9 minutes after the count was updated. Dan and Cum both distanced with their first votes, but Dan seems to regret it and tries to change the runoff.
The runoff is at 3 people currently, so Dan takes the common mafia tactic of trying to broaden the runoff. Nobody will call him on it, because a 4 person runoff is objectively better than 3 person, but this has the effect of diluting the runoff and giving them options.
At this point, I started to lay some tracks that I have Danbob's name. Does he realize it at this point? I've been mafia with Danbob plenty, and when hunting for inspector, Dan is pretty typical - anything that is said about you makes you paranoid. So I knew if I was going to do this, I'd have to do what I could to balance between leaving a trail and seeming townie-ish. That didn't really work, as we'll see in a bit.
I don't really think Maddog has flown under the radar this round. KPO moving from him early (without a revote) is more notable, in my mind. And then many were in here screaming about Maddog waiting so long to vote. I'm not really sure what's weird about it, other than KPO jumping the gun.
Jortles has seemingly been quiet the last few D1s when he has played.
We’re kinda on the same page. Sure people have been memeing his delayed voting but there’s been no real talk of him as a candidate. Good point on the KPO switch.
I called Danbob out directly for asking for Maddog to advance without doing anything about it. I think this was a pretty big mistake on his part.
In fact, Dan808 , now I'm looking at who was meme-ing Maddog's late votes. You started it, rooloo asked "wtf" was your post, then JTR, Tranter, and Rummy all commented on it. You and Tranter are the Maddog shouters who both could move to Maddog (with fellow shouters JTR and Rummy). Why don't you?

I didn't complain about Tranter not being in the runoff, or being in the runoff. You did, re: Maddog. I probably won't end up on Tranter but I don't know his status, only know that I think the whole "x is mafia, so are y and z" thing on D1R1 is something a mafia person wouldn't do.

Dan808 thats all I really have for you at this point. Did a lil read. I switched to Cum because I didn't like her "I'm still mad at you!" initial vote (basically no reason). And nobody even asked why or anything so I guess thats not something we do as a group anymore. Gut feels a little off on JTR and I feel ok about Potent, You and Tranter, though I do think Potent shouldn't vote for people he feels townish about.
So far this is as boring as I remember pre-reveal so Im gonna fade again unless things heat up. Let me know when you want an update I got you.

Jake Jortles re: initial votes - I mean to be fair I pretty much did the same thing for my Tranter vote. Obviously it doesn't really mean anything, but there's not anything else to go off of when we're just rattling off votes at the beginning of D1.
That being said I am feeling more townish about tranter than cum after doing a read through after getting back to civilization. He's just playing very loosey-goosey and I think that's a good thing. Don't really get cum's whole "everyone vote for rooloo" thing when she didn't ever give a good reason like Jortles mentioned. Feels like she's just trying to stir the pot.

I think this is second game we’ve played together but I feel like I know your bluff
I didn't really think this was that big of a deal, but it's hard for me to say that since Tranter called me out for it, and I do have a role. I'll have to tighten that up in the future. I do think, especially because I wasn't in the runoff, it would have been a better strategy to wait until Day Two to point this out. If me riding Danbob's ass didn't target me for Cum's "reveal", then this certainly did. It would be easy to sell since Tranter believed I was mafia (and Jortles would soon follow).
With no other reason for one over the other, I'll do the even up vote.

Jortles follows. At this point, I realized Jortles and Tranter weren't mafia. This was confirmed when Cum named me as her "given". I believe especially Jortles would have held onto that morsel and just whacked me N1 instead of leading to all this chaos.

Final thoughts - when Cum faked inspector, it sort of paralyzed me. My initial thought was to read everybody's reaction to see what happened. Some people called her out for "humping the gun" (I think JTR was another) and "revealing" when she wasn't faced with exile. Of course, it doesn't matter to her, she's not real inspector. I posted once during the fake to say that obviously she was mafia (because she is) but didn't reveal myself because I was trying to gather intel.
Before the fake reveal, I was planning to guess KPO for his initial vote for my given, Dan, and then moving off him almost inconspicuously by voting for himself and then moving to Maddog. So after I saw how the tide had turned after Cum's fake, and decided I needed to come out, I thought I was go for a reaction from KPO. By saying I had two names, my given and Cum, mafia knew that I was for real but they didn't know which name I had out of Dan/rooloo. When rooloo faked, it gave me no reason to pretend anymore with KPO's name, so I came clean saying that Dan was my third.
It makes sense from a mafia perspective - they had a 2/3 chance that inspector's given was somebody who was laid bare already and Dan could skate by. They just chose wrongly, it happens.
In sum, mistakes were made, but I got the town all 3 mafia on D1 without even needing a guess. My N1 guess confirmed Cum is mafia. My night 2 guess, if you were to keep me alive, would be to confirm that someone is town, so I get that this does nothing for town.

I guess that’s what I don’t get. I know she’s telling the truth, but I don’t see how she doesn’t read perfectly as first time inspector. Revealing when she didn’t have to + her playing a completely different style she’s played with as both maf and town. Even when she was going after you it read to me as cun just getting frustrated you weren’t believing her.

I would be inclined to believe potent, because he makes some ok points in that post, if he didn’t just majorly fuck up that reveal. Waiting until d2 would’ve made it more believable but hanging around then counter revealing just makes it seem like there was a discussion to be had and people to consult.

obviously she can “clear” Dan but that’s a complete waste of a guess imo. If cum is inspector and potent and Rooloo are 2/3 mafia, Dan is least likely to be the third out of everyone who’s alive and we can only guarantee a win if cum finds the third in the other trio while exiling the mafia if potent is inspector (which I still think is a possibility). Also if cum does clear Dan as town that’s not an excuse to not exile him

Yeah I don’t think “clearing” anyone does anything here. Cum’s best course is probably going after who she thinks is mafia. A cum guess on Dan doesn’t really do anything unless potent was going to name his own teammate as mafia. And if we are worried about that, then Dan can be the hedge exile and not cum.

After crunching the numbers, I do agree that we need to go potent -> Dan -> cum. Cum will have two more guesses and should land a mafia. If she lands one, we can go after them on d4 instead of her.
