Regarding the headliners... I'm cool to lock these acts after the first three rounds.
I think most would argue someone HLing Shaky or Riot can sub Coachella, Bonnaroo, Glasto, etc. And if someone has an issue... well we'll fight it out. It's Inforoo, it's what we do.
