Real talk, I honestly love a lot of smaller name Icelandic/Scandi artists and that's part of what excited me about us taking this fest. Sorry not sorry if it isn't ~perfectly realistic~ but all along I have been looking forward to getting to select these kinds of acts (and some of the other smol names we already have). If you don't know these folks, pls do check out. ALL HAIL THE GREAT LAND OF ICE.
this song is honestly one of my faves from all of last year - it is hauntingly beautiful <3
and i loooove the 2018 collab between Sin Fang, Sóley & Örvar Smárason (from múm)
have been listening to this guy, Ásgeir, for years--he's super talented and has an angelic sort of voice that makes me a bit emotional to listen to
and last showcase for now, Hatari - this band is so weird and delightful and almost certainly NOT Julie approved #SatanicVibes #OrgyReady
I think the Icelandic names are great. I just think your festival needs a few bigger main stream acts.

Yeah give me sometime. I teach during the day so can't be on as much then. After tomorrow I'll be off for two weeks though. I'll have some more time to stay on top of it.
