Today we are pleased to introduce our final wave of artists: Chicago indie rockers Dehd, experimental duo Dustin Wong & Takako Minekawa, local dance punk band French Vanilla, SoCal punks Goldfinger, renegade ripper Illuminati Hotties, Canadian stars Metric, hardcore DJ Shyboi, K-pop star TAEMIN, Australian rapper Tkay Maidza, and loop pedal maestro tune-yards.
And that’s a wrap for us! I want to give a special shoutout to stlallison, who had the unenviable task of deciding 60 bands to pick for our fake festival while in the midst of an enormous work project. She always managed to be timely and never once complained. She was an absolute trooper for basically getting thrown to the wolves for her first draft. I’m always proud of her as my friend, but today I’m proud of her as my teammate.
