So weak. Koze, daphne, floating points, if they are even in the Yuma being bright spots. Blessed and honey is great too. Logic1000 a plus, dj holographic very intriguing but can’t expect a good set time, laughing at Layla benitez. Let’s just have Solomon and Dixon at every Coachella. Why even ask anyone else to play they could just dj all day and night all three days, and John summit can help keep them awake for it. Like seriously fuck whoever books this lineup. Kobi danan do you really think Bedouin is fucking relevant in 2022. Fuck you. You’re bad at your job and you don’t deserve to be in charge of booking a house and techno lineup for the Yuma tent. Unbelievable.

Before the lineup came out I would have bet anything Purple Disco Machine would be Sahara, but he’s billed a lot lower than I expected so idk now. But he seems like someone who’d do do an afternoon Sahara set, bring out someone to do live vocals for one of his singles, the whole bit.

while I like a good Yuma lineup, i don't care as much as many because I find the idea of spending hours indoors at a gorgeous open-air festival to be offensive to my own sensibilities

Purple Disco Machine feels like early Sahara to me too, but also feels like the annual "we all thought early Sahara but he actually ended up in the Yuma" act. I really wouldn't be surprised at either.

Well right now everyone seems to think he’s in the Yuma.

I don’t think he’s in the Yuma. I have 9 Yuma acts right now without him.

Dear Humans is a live act with keys and a singer, I don’t think they’re in the Yuma. Seem like a tent opener
Normally I’d agree with you, but Sound Nightclub has been having them perform there. The minimal live setup wouldn’t be hard to put in the Yuma especially if they were the first act. (Monolink, Yaeji, Ross from Friends, and Jan Blomqvist) have all used live elements in the past.

Feels like any of these could be Yuma with the exception of 1-3 crossing over to Sahara.

Not sure if Fred again.. will have the kind of production he used in that live stream, if so then yeah he will be in a tent, but I could also see him ending up here similar to Ross From Friends.

Purple Disco Machine seems like a Sahara act to me. He played Kinetic Field, EDC's main stage, last year, and it's clear the accessible house sound is trending big among the more mainstream EDM fare these days.
