OoOoh interesting. Wouldn't really have thought of Jack Harlow but he's on the upswing and a big hit/album could put him there. Might depend on how much is already booked; as of right now I don't think he'd be a headliner though.

at the very least I think we will start to see him headline other fests next year given he’s rather absent this year at fests but I do think one more smash hit or album could promote him

I think if he decides to tour and books fests youll see a lot of Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow on every poster. But Lil Nas is billed higher.
Bieber ( going off that rumor ) Frank Rage
Taylor Rage Kendrick
Dua Frank Rage
I don’t think Taylor Swift will be playing at Coachella because she’s too disappointed at the moment and she can play at Stagecoach instead of Coachella.
Jack Harlow is getting huge but so were Future, Travis Scott, Tyler, Megan, and Lil Baby when they were booked as a #3 (yes Lil Baby is a #2 but it was supposed to be Harry, SHM, Lil Baby in terms of billing if SHM didn't want to be at the bottom of the poster). #3 seems to be the "big up and coming rapper" slot at Coachella these days. If feel like that's where he'd be.

By the time Future, Travis, and Tyler got booked at #3, they were all far beyond up and coming and had proven lasting power. But it def seems like Coachella wants it's rap headliners to be more than just super popular. All the ones they have chosen, up to this point, also had prestigious acclaim to their work. Jay, Kanye, Outkast, Kendrick, and Gambino get art acclaim. After Astroworld, Travis became known for having maybe the greatest modern live show. The only exception is maybe Drake in terms of not having "art acclaim" but Drake is unique in that he has Popstar popularity as a rapper.
Tyler definitely fits that bill now with the acclaim. But artists like Lil Baby, Carti, Harlow, etc. won't get that jump unless they take another step in their music or live show. Carti has the most live show potential, it reminds me of early Travis or Tyler but those two took their shows to a whole different level.
