I need my pool time, ability to shower, and bed in my old age. That said, I’m glad we’re getting a decent W2 turnout this year. I would definitely be interested in meeting peeps and saying hello. I think I only briefly met Shuck in 2019.

I can't imagine not camping at Coachella. It's the best possible weather scenario for festival camping. Plus zero fucking chance I'm dealing with shuttles or ubers or whatever.
This thread is to organize inforoo brunch weekend 2 at coachella, and basically any meetups throughout weekend 2. Taking inspiration from Whereispassionpit
I'm tentative. we rarely get moving early, but if the times are right I wouldn't mind meeting some of you. either way, I'll probably run into some of you at some sets.
are you "lot 8 or bust" or more casual? we typically get there between 10 and noon. I don't know how many we're going to end up with but we typically have anywhere between 2 and 10+ spots. I think this year we're only going to have 3 or 4 since a lot of my crew isn't going.
I arrive at 10 so we’ll be getting in a bit later
We’re pretty casual about getting there… 2019 I think we arrived around 3? 4? And we weren’t close but it was not that bad of a walk. We just can’t really get there early when we’re all flying in from all over the US on Thursday AM.
The benefit to getting there around that time is that you barely wait in the line to the sites.

I feel like none of the campsites are that far compared to some of the Bonnaroo ones that are out in the boonies.

yeah, I hate waiting in those car lines! I like to pull right up to the toll booth and keep my group together without meetup lots wherever possible. as we get close I will check in and let everyone know what time we plan to arrive and if it's feasible I'd be happy to group up with you all. we have a camper van which frees up a lot of room for hanging out.
