So, do I need to bring anything to this? If so, any ideas on what? I’m staying off-site if that matters.
Please bring a snack of some sort to share. If you want to bring a kind of beer you like, you can bring that too but remember cans only. We'll be supplying most of the alcohol and we have no plans to use a lot of supplies for this.

lol wait what
Ok yeah this made more sense a couple days ago when I thought our caravan would be bigger but now we are going to need help on this.
after doing some more thinking on this issue I think we should just divvy up the food/drink purchases so that we don't accidentally buy six bags of salt and vinegar chips or something. should we do a Google doc or how would everyone like to address it?

Uhhhh yeah what? You should probably consult your camp mates before making such egregious claims.
So help a noob out. Stuff like snacks, can I just bring sealed bags of outside food on the grounds with me, or will it have to be snuck in? If I bring alcohol, I assume this will have to be snuck in?

You can bring food and alcohol with you to the campgrounds if you’re visiting, any alcohol just has to be in cans or plastic.

There’s a security check to get into the campground, then a second stricter one to get into the fest. Basically they’ll just look for drugs/weapons/glass going into the campground.
Also not really your question but even though they say no food in the festival grounds I’ve never been hassled for bringing in a few snacks.

ok cool. I'm going to try my best to make it, but I'll be in ADA this year so mobility won't be the easiest for me. it will ultimately depend on where our camps are and if we're close.
that said, I did finalize the appliances I'm bringing this year and we will have a microwave and toaster oven besides the camp stove. if we're close enough everyone is welcome to use them.
