a worthy argument but the momentum is clearly behind arby's at this point. a little late in the day to be shifting 20+ votes.
Only actually need to shift 16 because there are already 7 votes on S&S.
I’m on S&S now. I will not switch to Arby’s this round because I like Arby’s, and I’m not going to vote for a place I like when there are multiple places I don’t, even if it means a place I like more gets knocked out. I have integrity, goddamnit.
Vote for CFA today so Arbys lives to see another round. Once CFA is gone all those votes might just switch to S&S 😉
I always though of Steak and Shake as a sit-down place but never went there as a kid. Had one friend who loved it, like his favorite place.
I just found out that we do have them here while searching for steak on uber eats.
I googled to see if we have one and NOLA doesn't. BUT, you can take a drive across the longest bridge in the United States (The "Lake Pontchartrain Causeway") to Covington and eat there. I don't think you want to drive for over 45 mins just to do a drive thru, but what do I know?

I once drove 4.5 hours each way to go to Zaxby's.
Seriously? Zaxby's was the lone reason for the trip?
WTF did y'all do in a car ride first date? Unless that was the best fucking food I have ever eaten in my life (doubtful) there would be no second date for you! Also, an 8hr date?!? All driving.

Andrea and I first date was CFA and a movie.
Wow. Yeah, you wouldn't have had a second with me if we went to CFA for a date. I would have noped that shit as soon as I saw the sign. Again, I don't eat fast food really. I fucking hate it.
EDIT: Hate is a strong word...I don't HATE fast food. I just don't prefer it and on a first date it is a big no no for me.

She was a former student of mine who Facebook friended me out of the blue (like 8 years after she took my class). She lived in DC, so I picked her up and we drove to Zaxby's in Salem, VA. When we were talking before a date we both said zax was one of the things we missed from the south. I had a few more dates, saw her boobs, it was a good time.

Well then. That was a spicier story than expected.

my wife and i's first date was at a proper sitdown restaurant called morrison's. but it's more like a cafeteria, owned by the same company as Piccadilly if that makes any sense to y'all.
i already knew i liked her, later she said she liked me because (a) i wore a Morrissey shirt for the date and (b) i kept telling her the restaurant had a free soft serve ice cream machine in the back and she could just walk back there and get free ice cream. she knew i was full of shit but for some reason got a real kick out of the lie and how hard i stuck to it.
only know realizing this but that morrisons is closed now. in it's place? a chick fil a.

if you believe in love, vote for arby's round 11.
thejeremy took me to the best BBQ in the city, the Joint and it's named after my favorite thing to smoke. But to climb off my anti-fast food soapbox, I did date a dude for almost a year after our first date to McDonald's, which he paid for with quarters. Maybe that is why my standards changed?

My daughter and her friend Ebony do that every few months. Haha. It’s not worth that to me, but some people dig it.
Zaxby’s is edible but not great. Foosackly’s is edible but not great. I’d get Zaxbys if I was on the road traveling and didn’t want to stop. But I’m not even going 5 minutes off an exit for that shit. Not even for boobies.
I said fuck it and changed my vote to MuckDonalds because they fucking suck. They are Trumpmerican’s answer to quality food. It’s 23-23. Maybe y’all can end this round and kill two fucking birds with one stone.

Mine and my first babymom's relationship was built on Del Taco burritos and High Life 32's.

That's why I asked did he go to meet her. I knew there had to be something else involved other than Zaxby's.

Add some fifteen dolla matching tattoos and meth and that’s a babymamma relationship from heaven.
