The Damon Albarn vs [Redacted in case people care] conflict is still the most baffling festival conflict I’ve ever seen. Everyone just assumed they would collab and then they ended up conflicting
Not sure you need to redact a pedophiles name. That was a dumb conflict though
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

there's something very funny to me about Damon just talking out of his ass in an interview and then upsetting a bunch of hardcore Swift stans on Twitter because of it
Jack Antonoff just told us that Damon is "Trumpian".
It's unclear if he is still allowed to radiate positivity
@jackantonoff I was such a big fan of yours until I saw this. Damon Albarn is Bidenian in ALL his interviews. Your hot take is completely false and SO damaging. You don’t have to like the way he talks out of his ass but it’s really fucked up to try to discredit his bullshitting like this. WOW.

its not as varied a performance as 2006 or 2008, nor as long, but it's just a ferocious set of music.
I didn't find out who they were until listening to that year's Sweet Sounds on the ride home but I so regretted missing them. I used to use that performance to try and convince people to go to Bonnaroo. I know 2008 is the most popular in general but the rain wore me down. 2006 was my favorite that I attended.
