Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
Would love to get this thing started this weekend since the first couple of rounds seem to be the most time consuming and I don't really have as much time as I used to during the work day. Might shorten it to twenty participants. (We're at 15.)
feel like my toes are being stepped on here, agent draft is still going

I'm sorry about that. I've been trying to do this for months and people just keep starting new drafts so I stopped trying to fit it in around other people's drafts.
Are you going to be able to do both or should I wait for someone else to join this one?

I’ll still play but you gotta give me the first pick
So when someone picks Frank Ocean 2014 are they getting a repeat of that (boring) performance or are they getting current Frank Ocean playing a late night tent?
They are drafting the 2014 set.
Wait really? So Frank Ocean wouldn't headline in this scenario? If I drafted Tyler the Creator I'd be getting 2016 Tyler? Honestly I don't think I want to play anymore if that's the case.
I just want to book a lineup of artists who have played Bonnaroo before. I don't want to worry about the multiverse of madness booking specific sets.
Edit: I don't even mind someone booking 2006 Radiohead and someone getting 2012 for the sake of variety. I'd just like to be able to book the modern version of these acts.

I mean, theoretically, yeah. But it's not like you're likely to list the performance year on your poster so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You can still bill them however you want. You don't have to match their original billing or schedule or whatever.
I don't really even feel strongly about that aspect, to be honest. I just wanted to give people the opportunity to draft some memorable sets and to differentiate between a band's set which might have been elite in 2008 but maybe just okay in 2011.

I'm fine with whatever. I think in the end people are going to vote based on the lineup and not going to dig in and research which particular set was drafted.
Anyways, my plan is to generate the draft order this evening and then start drafting at 9 tomorrow unless there are objections or rule changes that anybody wants to discuss.

This has been the intention for this idea all along. It's been brought up a few times over the years.

I'll be out of town tomorrow and also finishing up a draft. Can we start Mon.?

How about Sunday? I don't want to start it and then immediately fall ten pages behind on the OP.
