So, to be really honest for a minute - I do struggle from time to time with depression and other mental shit. However, I've never actually attempted to seriously harm myself.
However, there have been a couple times where I get into a really bad depression spell, and the ending to 4th of July loops in my head while I'm at the point of ideation.
I probably should mention that the next time I talk to my therapist.
