it was callback to last game where I claimed certain folks were town. that’s what my response to Rummy was about as well. I actually do feel it’s likely we’re all 3 town but who knows.
Like if y’all want to vote me off here that’s fine. We have a huge deadline at work this week so I don’t have much time.

LoveLuckLaughter I know usually you switch off SFA cause you can tell he's mafia or not pretty easily. Has that been the case this game? If so, what did you see that leads you to believe he is town?

im very aware but also trying to glean info to see if i have reason to switch. but d1 as a townie is always a crapshoot, we know this.
but my comment should've been more "voting d1 and then disappearing" in general as reference to the fact that we never got to hear from you before you were whacked mid-d1 last game haha

I mean this is almost a coin flip with no info. SFA happened to have the help of a voting partner so he had the advantage. Of course I want my boy Silver Surfer to play this lovely game with us but it seems like a lot of discussion for a D1 exile where nothing big has happened

it is the first day, I don't know anyone's role except my own, and even down the line, I wouldn't know for sure for sure. Just like I don't know Silver's role for sure. I was just saying that we usually picked partners whose playing style we could read *pretty* well. If that person did something super suspicious right off, it was pretty evident. If they don't then they don't. SFA hasn't done anything super suspicious. He also hasn't done something that he sometimes does when he is Mafia first round. but I'm not going to blast that out here in public so that he stops doing. He will probably end up being Mafia and make me look like a goon. But if I change my vote, Silver could too.
Theo is right Day 1 sucks, because there is no reason for anyone to be voted off really. But I will point out that Silver tried to get my ass into this predicament by changing his vote off of Rooloo on to me. So between the two of them, SFA and Silver, Silver def has my vote no matter what.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
