I'm sort of on board w LLL from a hedging perspective

potent brought this up and i think it is a definite possibility - that LLL and Jortles if maf together discussed how Jorts voting her off the gate is safe ish when it is known that SFA will move off of her
i do also think we shouldn't entirely discount silver here even though jorts did vote him near end of d1. his comment about "liking rooloo's tone" and then rooloo being whacked... it does make me wonder if the maf team thought his tone seemed Special Town, not just vanilla town. Silver made MULTIPLE mentions of rooloo d1, it sticks out in my reread rn.
on the flip side though, in a scenario where silver is town, it makes me think that SFA would be too because silver was making comments about SFA's weird posts near the close of D1, and since SFA was exiled anyway i feel like, if SFA was maf, the Murderers would've likely gone for a silv whack there over rooloo (who, IMO, was whacked less for anything specific he said or pointed to and more by way of seeming to have "a different tone" than usual, which is often what maf does N1 if they don't have a strong pull in another clearer direction)

Gave it a reread and didn’t really gain any knowledge. I think if I have the deciding vote, I would’ve gone with SFA but I wanted to see where Jortles went more.
this still sticks out as so weird to me. how tranter was like "i WOULDA GONE SFA" when he literally could've? idk it didnt sit right then and it hits me as odd in rereading now too

So it is safe to assume two of these folks in red are Mafia.
In retrospect, how do we feel about Silver’s pleas to live day one? Personally I don’t get down like that, especially day one as a townie. Because I don’t know the other’s person role so why would I advocate so hard for someone who may be a fellow townie to get voted off over me? Really rubbing me wrong as I reread it.

I disagree on the SFA front. I actually don’t even know what you’re saying here. If it was SFA / Jortles / ?, you wanted the third to come out and defend Jortles? Why would anyone ever do that?

Not all Mafia groups do that, but I think an SFA led mafia would try to keep him around. Plus it doesn’t matter at this point because SFA is dead. I am not going to assume that we have two Mafia dead right now.

I absolutely agree with MD about wishing Theo could have waited until some voting occurred before revealing. We would have had something to look at and tie in with jortles for another round. But I know Inspector is a high pressure role and these new rules make it even more difficult since they are constantly worried they may look too obvious and get whacked mid day. I am happy he gave us three names to work around.

If these were your assumptions that’s fine, but you made a color coordinated post and consciously chose to make him town when the point of those posts should be to guide town in an educated direction. It just feels very deceptive.
jortles/sfa/lll seems like a weird group considering the way it played out, you'd assume at least one person would distance but maybe the dice just didn't roll in their favor after they did in rnd 1

Idk what's so odd about not wanting town to kill town. Yeah I didn't know SFA's role but I know mine. There was a 100% chance that exiting me was exiting town whereas there's a chance SFA isn't town still. That's the logic
truth be told, I got back to work and then went on a forest walk before meeting up with a friend for dinner. If this was not d1r1 I’d care more about making sure I checked back in before a round ended but eh.

I mean this is almost a coin flip with no info. SFA happened to have the help of a voting partner so he had the advantage. Of course I want my boy Silver Surfer to play this lovely game with us but it seems like a lot of discussion for a D1 exile where nothing big has happened

I don't know if she's mafia or not, but I'm certainly not comfortable with, I believe, 4 votes in a row being put on her. We should be having a runoff with 3 players here, and from my seat it makes most sense at this point to be LLL/Tranter/Cum, because I know my role and Silver went to the mat on D1.
