Number of episodes: idk probably some show from the 50s like Ozzy and Harriet or My Three Sons.
Yeah unless you count animated shows, the number one for this metric is Ozzie and Harriet. (Seems like Always Sunny is the current winner for longest number of years running, another record that Ozzie and Harriet held until last December!)

First season of Curb was 2000, whereas Always Sunny started in 2005. Since Curb has never had an official final episode it still counts as one run, even with the huge gap between seasons. Always Sunny is starting to take longer breaks, and there most recent season was pretty short, but yeah they've def had the most seasons with 15.
Community is the only show left that I enjoy. Surprised you monsters haven't voted it out yet.
I'm curious why you don't like Seinfeld (not judging) because it seems like it'd be in your wheelhouse. You may have mentioned this previously but I don't remember.

I'm surprised Arrested even has 5 votes at this point. It's not my #1, but the message board I frequented before inforoo considered it to basically be The Wire of comedy... like pretty much untouchable. When I got here and saw all the wire love I figured AD would have that same status. I guess you guys are really putting a lot of stock into the netflix seasons.

Teddy Flair in the unlikely event that Curb Your Enthusiasm wins this, I will protest outside your house to make the next survivor a "HBO Show" one where you include Curb Your Enthusiasm. This way we could watch Curb come in 9th in that survivor and I could have the last laugh on my "comedy as a genre sucks" take.

It's fine and it's funny. I think I've seen every episode. But there's no joy there for me. They are just not really characters that I connect with. It's probably George that keeps me away the most. It's why I never even bothered with Curb.

Before the streaming services took off, there was a period of a few years where Sunny was literally the only show I watched that wasn’t on HBO or Showtime. I paid for cable strictly for Sunny, Reds games, and the privilege of paying extra for HBO and Showtime.

Yeah, I think that's fair. I mean, I get joy from it but not really from the characters, so that's hard to argue.
Well, since 30 Rock looks like it’s going to go and I guess we’re all obligated to share quotes from these shows as they leave, I will say that “I’m going to have to tear you down and build you back up again, like Mickey Rourke did to me sexually” has really been sticking with me lately

In Memoriam of 30 Rock, I will say that the song "My muffin top is all that low grain whole fat, I know you wanna piece of that, but I just wanna dance" hasn't let my head since that episode aired.
