Dans post were weird and I have gone back and forth on it, like thinking — would mafia really be so strange out of the gate? And then thinking oh yeah mafia could totally say, that’s too wild of a move they wouldn’t do that, so it leaves us with a circular path of thinking and it’s nothing. But Theo has not been mafia multiple games in a row and jumped onto the rummy train so I’d like to see him squirm for a moment.
Cum, I agree about Dan. I really feel Rumbalina was maf and his interactions with her feel like classic Dan distancing. I have a feel on maddog too though, so I'm going to go there and hope someone throws Dan in

My final vote for rummy there wasn’t for any particular reason, I just thought it would be funny since I had already voted her twice then switched off earlier in the day

Dan808 do you have any insight on how JTRs deadly Rooloo read works? If JTR was vanilla town, would you have expected him to be able to tell if Rooloo was mafia by the end of day 1? Or at least let us know what he was thinking about him?

With only 3 of 9 votes cast two hours before the deadline, I'm extending to 4pm. Another extension will be coming if the pace remains the same around 2pm. I do have my fantasy baseball nerd auction tonight and plan on getting loose on a school night, so I don't know how well I'll be able to ref after 9pm.

This round is scheduled to end at 4pm EDT on Sunday, April 3. Extensions will be granted freely, and given the short opening round, if somebody hasn't checked in (meaning hasn't visibly been active on the board - posted in the thread, posted elsewhere, liked something, etc), they will not be charged with a missed vote and it will generate an auto extension.

I'm in the same boat kind of. I'm still figuring out the ropes so my votes aren't carrying too much info backing right now.
interactions with Rummy definitely felt weird but nothing in general with the game felt too crazy during my reread this morning. i like starting out here for now at least with throwing him in after seeing some other concerns about him with no votes yet

i said I think rum tum tugger might be maf and then voted for Theo bc there’s no harm in putting the spotlight on someone who usually is a little more quiet than most players

I don’t really care about your vote for Theo, I think turning up the pressure early is good. Just don’t like the “hasn’t been maf in a while” logic
