Tyler would be cooler but it’ll prob be The Weeknd. Doja is already his support act on his tour and she’s #2 that day so it makes sense
They won’t do anyone pop. Billie and Harry are about as pop as you can get and they need something different in the top.
uhhhh is the Weeknd not pop?
I think its definitely hip hop, and J Cole, would be my pick only because I think if they could've gotten Tyler to replace Travi$ they would've. What's Cardi doing? People would like that.
he/they '12 - Firefly '13 - Firefly, Made In America '14 - Firefly, Made In America '15 - Mountain Jam (Sunday), Firefly, Pitchfork, Made In America '16 - Boston Calling, Firefly, Osheaga, Made In America, Roots Picnic NYC '17 - Boston Calling, Gov Ball, Firefly (Sunday), Pitchfork, Day For Night '18 - Boston Calling, Mountain Jam, Osheaga '19 - Form, Firefly (Sunday) '22 - Boston Calling, Firefly '24 - Solid Sound, Soundside
My left field moonshot conspiracy theory is Paul McCartney - someone on Reddit pointed out that his tour is lined up for it, and he would certainly be A+ list if that blind item is true

Weeknd is as pop as it gets. I doubt it’s him as much as it would be my biggest want. Whoever it is will be someone on tour already. 12 days to rehearse isn’t much.

He has pop songs. But I’d say a majority of his catalogue falls under r&b/ alt-r&b. He started going pretty poppy with some stuff on Beauty Behind the Madness & Starboy, but even then he’s always had a mix of sounds. There are songs on both those albums that are definitely not pop.
He’s pop in that he’s popular, but his music isn’t straight forward pop like Harry Styles, or some of the choices on here like Coldplay.
I'd be satisfied with the Weeknd since I haven't seen him yet, and he'd be the perfect act to both skip for artists I like more as well as return to when those sets end. But if it's not him or Bad Bunny I don't really think there's anyone realistic that I'd be hoping for.
Of all the names being discussed, Bad Bunny would be my preference. That would make me more excited than I already was, so I voted for him. I think it will probably be RHCP.
Today has made me realize, for better and worse, that I have a completely nonsensical and irrational belief that saying an artist's name too many times on here will somehow cause that artist to perform at a festival I'm going to. As if we're just gonna Voldemort RHCP into existence. This only applies to headliners I don't like though; for headliners I do like, the opposite is true.
