yep, still a lot of great tracks on this list. Last round was more or less a solid proof of concept, that people are voting for songs and not artists. I think.

It def isn't my fav of theirs, but those drums rip pretty hard. And the Drs and nurses I worked with in KS threw me a "Burning Down the House" warming party after I had a house fire and lost all my shit. Complete with a CD for everyone to take home that had fire related songs lol.

Looks like I can save my meltdown for when a different Prince song is up - I would have made a lot of enemies with the vile shit I'd say if When You Were Mine was the victim.

panic NYE, philips arena atlanta. either 2001 or 2002. after the show was over and the lights went up, the house music was "Burning Down The House". nobody left the arena until the song was over, everyone just stayed and danced and sang. was an awesome moment.
it's not my favorite talking heads song but it's still great.
Gone is so good, all three dudes absolutely go off, beat is incredible, and just in 5he whole grand scheme of what has happened to Kanye the final line of "sorry Mr West is gone" sticks out as almost prescient
