in all seriousness, it’s been a joy to be welcomed into this community over the past 6 months. i remember when i started lurking before the failed Roo 21 when i was waiting on the schedule and taking breaks from studying for my MCAT retake. it was honestly a pretty rough time, but all of the memes and chaos brought some joy to me even though i thought i’d never post because it seemed like such a crazy place. nonetheless, im sure there was some post i wanted to reply to back around New Year, so i added the big eyed cat you all know and dove right in.
to this point, i’ve learned to play mafia (and gotten my ass kicked in it!), made a few cat friends, gained a fair share of places to stay whenever i travel, visited a new festival with another Inforoo noob, and even heard way more than i ever would about a bunch of internet strangers. i can’t wait to see what the next however many years brings from this god forsaken site as i like to call it!
i can’t thank all of you enough for befriending me and not disowning me after scoopz season was over, and i can’t wait to meet so many of you in 2 short weeks!
