There's a lot of bias against Superman here. I get it. It's fine whatever. But seriously google any hypothetical matchup between Supes and any of these other heroes. He wins everytime. He's the strongest and most powerful hero, simply put. If you vote him out, do it because you think he's boring, and not because of some bullshit plot device like kryptonite.

EDIT: just to say that I am NOT voting Superman if that was the thought.
DOUBLE EDIT: Also, personally I think that Captain Marvel can beat Superman.

I feel Thor is the weakest out of these.
All of these could win or lose, but I can't see Thor winning from Superman. Both woman should be able to do something about Supes. Same applies to Hulk.
In my opinion, the last 3 standing should be Superman, Scarlett Witch and Captain Marvel.
Thor is my choice this round, but I support choosing Hulk as well.
If it's true that Supes is the biggest one-on-one threat - and I'm not on board with the premise - all the more rain for the others to team up and take him out.
Aside from his obvious Kryptonite (Kryptonite), I think he generally lacks the stomach to finish opponents off. It's IRL respectable but a liability here.
Idk, just think about how useless some of these heroes would be if they were stunned by a hulk just for a moment. A second of confusion or lack of concentration would throw someone like Wanda way off

I'm voting Thor here - I feel like though he has a lot of tank-ness and power, he doesn't have the cunning the others do. I'd say the same about Superman, but I don't want him out just yet.
I've got an eye on the winner, and I'll go to bat when the time's right.
If we go with MCU Thor then he can be easily distracted by emotional manipulation. Just say "look, isn't that Jane Foster?" Then sucker punch him into submission.
I agree with cdevaney. At some point, even in a free for all, in order to take out higher tier supes, alliances are going to be made. I mean come on they do that all the time in comic books. The enemy of my enemy until that enemy is gone.
