im with you on this one if you specifically have drafted both of them in order to be able to have despacio. seems fair then that you get to do that since you've already used two separate spots to draft the necessary components for it.

for what its worth I dont care as long as Bing lets me also use Despacio, he can have it too
I don't think it should be draftable, but I do think you need James Murphy + the Dewaeles to have it (since it's a soundsystem they occasionally play records on).
That said, if it's draftable, you should have to draft some version of both James Murphy + the Dewaeles, and then spend a third pick on it. It makes zero sense to make it draftable as its own independent thing since it's not a musical act that has its own songs and shit.

I think we decided during one of the Coachella drafts it's an art installation that isn't draftable in any capacity? Very possible I'm misremembering the details but feel like this has come up at least twice in previous drafts we've done; should be some existing precedent from which to draw

Because it's not a band at all. This isn't a ship of theseus situation here.
Its the same (3?) people performing under the same name with a certain sound system. Don’t really see the difference between that and an artist who brings their own sound/visual/whatever equipment to shows. This just happens to be a really fancy soundsystem.

Despacio is still the same three guys playing every time. They don’t have a revolving door of artist like even Acid Angels does from show to show. Still don’t see the difference between this and a band bringing some good soundsystem.
