i hate to bring this up so late after the fact but listening to the podcast made me realize it. how exactly is browell taking the highwomen going to work.
the group is brandi carlile, maren morris, natalie hemby, and amanda shires. i have maren, cdev has brandi, doesn't becht have to have all 4 members drafted to have a highwomen set?

i mean cdev has Eddie Vedder (i believe) and i have pearl jam, i would assume it works the same way. kinda like being able to draft The Smile, Radiohead, and Thom Yorke separately
just wanted to double check and make sure we weren't all fucking something up but i think we're good
yeah i mean i’m sure some of the draft vets can clarify but i think the whole “you’ve gotta have everyone” thing was really talking about a big thing such as Despacio
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

We've really loosened the exclusivity rules at this point. Early drafts were more "realistic" in that if someone was drafted then any project they were involved with was off the table. It lead to more strategic drafting but also more arguing and - for enough participants - less fun.
We eventually compromised so that secondary acts are fine as long as they don't perform more than six songs from the originally drafted artist's catalog.
Like, if someone had Pink Floyd someone else couldn't draft Roger Waters but someone like Stevie Nicks would be okay because she plays a lot more of her solo work than Fleetwood Mac songs. (I haven't checked that. Just my memory. Might be inaccurate.)
It also doesn't go in reverse. So Pearl Jam was fine with Eddie Vedder off the board because they don't really play his solo stuff. Even if his solo set at was 95% Pearl Jam stuff they'd still be eligible with him already drafted.
Now let that be a lesson to you not to give me an opening to talk about draft rules.

I get a little hard every time the rule is explained
