I think most seltzers are brewed. I used to think they were just sparkling with vodka in it, but I think they're actually made similarly to beer.

Topo's seltzers are pretty solid.

I took a case of Costo brand seltzers to Bonnaroo and they were pretty refreshing.

since this is beverage survivor, are we not only referring to these things for their use as a beverage? seems to be how we treated gravy yet some of folks keep bringing up the other uses of milk as if that contributes to it as a beverage

weird if you’d rather drink milk than literally any hard seltzer
