Sorry, not sure if you've kept up with the Last Chance Survivor threads, but gravy is officially over, now. Please prepare to hand in your gravy and have it exchanged for cheap beer.

It is a spiced alcoholic beverage made by infusing a mixture of rum, red wine, and honey with tree bark and herbs. The taste is similar to port wine and the color is a deep red. The specific herbs that make up Mamajuana were originally prepared as an herbal tea by the native Taíno; post-Columbus, alcohol was later added to the recipe. This man is out here shotgunning IPAs, just truly enjoying life
Path of Discussion:
murso gets mad at tea drinkers > are all craft beers IPAs? > No, but Siggy drinks sours on purpose, which, what? > murso agrees sours are gross, but prefers goses instead, which, what?? > Bing begins the campaign against mixed drinks. > LLL likes sour beers, which, wh-okay, I'm supposed to be neutral here. never mind > thebluebus went HAM on a bottle of sauvignon blanc on Wednesday > the tea discussion really ramps up > but jorge likes matcha? (Okay, I cannot be neutral here. I really like green tea but matcha sucks ass. I went to a cafe once that only served matcha products and it was maybe the single worst culinary experience of my life.) > Sweet tea gets thrown into the discussion > sang once again finds a way to blame northerners for this > but also he may have been singlehandedly keeping the sweet tea industry alive > abrakapokus begins a campaign against water > but not under Vieux's watch > sang gets called out for never drinking water > "cleatus vibes"? > is this going to be an anti-sang thread (like, more so than usual?) > people really like the way coffee tastes > yeah okay this is an anti-sang day > tristan tries to make it an anti-south day too > and the immature palate thing is still coming up too > JTR's pro-tea-in-all-its-form campaign has left me confused about how everyone actually feels about tea and sweet tea (this is not an opportunity to have another referendum on the matter. I do not care.) > Does it take a long time to make coffee or not? > legitimately I feel like I have gone on a journey reading all the nuances of esteban's feelings on various kinds of tea > postjack defends ice water > but will NOT defend cocaine in the hard drug survivor > esteban shotguns an IPA > should restaurants make sweet tea sweeter? > apparently you can't dissolve sugar into iced tea? ok > Tea goes out not with a bang, but with a whimper

It is a drink made from birch sap, achieving widespread popularity in the Soviet Union before undergoing a modern resurgence. Makers harvest the sap from birch trees once a year, from March to April. Tree damage from sap collection to make this drink led to a licensing system for the collection of sap, introduced in 2008. The sap contains many components including: sugars, fruit acids, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, sodium, and iron. Unique elements include saponin, a nutrient that may help block cholesterol absorption. Who was voted off: Straight liquor Quality of Read (0 - 10): 5
Mixed drinks don’t bring a whole lot to the party here
Explains so much about you.
Path of Discussion:
DMS says mixed drinks don't bring a whole lot to the party but he hasn't met my former boss, who unexpectedly once enlivened a relatively drab work party by inexplicably bringing Moscow Mules > but I think he might be onto something about the hating the mixers bit > NothingButFlowers has a good cocktail > jpbrez posted a gif that I thought was going to be the length of the Björk/P. Diddy gif but mercifully wasn't > "The vag is a great and powerful thing except when used to describe an individual’s drinking preferences." > to clarify, sang is not a teenager > happy early birthday, postgravy > beer before liquor, never snicker (as in this discussion is very boring. I'm not laughing) > pablo stirs the pot a bit by saying no one drinks wine here > But Inforoo makes it clear: we only drink *shitty* wine, thank you. > I really did not think that Vagisil post was going to be acknowledged twice but it was so I guess I have to point out it exists. > pro- and anti-tea voters start to make their case > there was a lot of bourbon talk in this thread and to be honest I don't know anything about bourbon so I mostly ignored it > murso may have briefly insinuated he drinks Old Fashioneds with milk?? > problem dog, as usual, hates everyone

Pages Spanned: 1-3 Insider: No Infinitypass: No Gravy: Yes Today's national drink: Cà phê đá, or iced coffee, is the national drink of Vietnam. At its simplest, cà phê đá is made using medium to coarse ground dark roast Vietnamese-grown coffee with a small metal Vietnamese drip filter (phin cà phê). After the hot water is added, the drip filter releases drops of hot coffee slowly into a cup. This finished cup of hot coffee is then quickly poured into a glass full of ice making the finished Vietnamese iced coffee. A popular way to drink Vietnamese coffee is cà phê sữa đá, which is Vietnamese iced coffee mixed with sweetened condensed milk. This is done by putting two to three teaspoons or more of sweetened condensed milk into the cup prior to the drip filter process. pablo makes a good point: most cheap beer isn't *that* much cheaper. let's see if this inspires any debate! > LLL drinks a Miller > okay it didn't inspire any debate at all > sang boldly claims none of you drink fruit juice (check my breakfast plate bitch!) > "Fizzy-sweetums" lol > esteban shares multiple Sanford & Son clips > potentpotables does not find tea very potent or potable > maddog does shots > Bing learns the difference between liquor and liqueur (honestly it would've been kind of funny if liqueur was included in this survivor) > snowman's wife is NOT impressed with Miller > "poseur French" > JTR drinks bourbon > tranter comes for whiskey > guys being dudes > sang capitalizes brandy for some reason > pablo makes another good point: 4.8% simply is not enough
