A few ground rules:
I am going to run initially short rounds and use my discretion on whether to unilaterally extend. We're talking first round today will end at 4pm eastern but if someone hasn't checked in then I will extend. I won't assign missed votes until I've notified everyone that it's a hard deadline.
Extensions granted freely of course.
