Why are you listing delicious things to take down mayo?
Just providing the facts on what it is. If you find personal appeal with ingredients such as dextrose, calcium disodium and natural flavors, eat it by the spoonful. I wouldn’t eat fresh mayonnaise either, because I don’t like eggs. An argument could be made that it held some value as a food or condiment.
Just figured such a self proclaimed foodie as yourself wouldn't be holding fat and sodium against mayo.

I love that esteban hates eggs, which is what Mayo is made of and his argument why mayo is bad for you, but leaves out the fact that syrup is literally just sugar. Appx 14g which is about half your daily allowance.

I am. I am not self proclaimed. Anyway I had some mayonnaise-ish shit and cured egg yolks in my amuse bouche and gazpacho. I lived. Dinner was crazy but I’ll post that shit later.
Condiments. Child 3 just got back from a month in the EU. I asked for only saffron. I ended up with a 10g jar of the “finest Iranian saffron” purchased in Spain. I don’t even know what I’m going to do with that much. It smells like an old rug, but that’s okay. Those crokus stigmas will be around for a while. Last time I possessed saffron was during Katrina and I had to throw everything out when I gutted my house. That was via the UAE in 2005. Happy as shit, this is a lot of fucking saffron. Only thing is it’s an ingredient.
I mean monkey sauce for instance goes first... gross name, look it up --- both rich and poor people make like mango mixes like this all the time. Actually delicious. Worscht;aewlirj makes it to round two but ya it's fish oil. fair. Cream and Blue Cheese is objectively a divisive condiment, best it's gone early. Tartar Sauce only goes with good fish and shellfish... I mean, what's the shelf life here on that one. The rest are just.... questionable
Excepted. And straight out the middle class. I don’t know what I’d do if I was rich - probably give it all away to orphaned and underprivileged kids and to dogs.

I literally just puked in my mouth. NY/NJ snow? nope can't trust that shit.
I think I would do it in NY/NJ too as long as it's super fresh show. I would definitely trust the snow here longer. We also did OJ and fruit juice concentrates. The concentrates, especially fruit punch, were by far my favorite.

Condiment survivor inspired me to make a salad for lunch. It was butter lettuce, multi colored sangria cherry tomatoes, yellow heirloom, avocado, bourbon smoke pepper crusted sirloin and crushed cashews and almonds. I made a lemon vinaigrette with lemon olive oil, lemon champagne vinegar, lemon juice and zest and Dijon, garlic, honey, salt, black pepper, herbs de Provence and a few springs of saffron. It was pretty excellent though the lemon was bright and strong. Maybe a little more regular olive oil would have cut it, but I’m not complaining.
There is still time to come to one's senses and save maple syrup. Vote out mayo. It's the right thing to do.

In college we did daiquiris with fresh snow. Unfortunately it was sourced from under a pine tree on breezy night. So many needles.
