I think it's weird. Dan cast a vote for MD and then one minute later made a post indicating LLL as mafia. He then proceeded to make several posts reiterating his vote for MD but never really making a case for why... like he was just trying to prove something. Then he finally switches and casts a vote for LLL when MD drops off. I know I know... Dan just voted for me. I know what you might say... but look back at the pattern - it is sus behavior.
Given what I've seen with Dan, I also think Jaz's behavior is strange. Teddy pointed this out. He also voted for MD without much explanation (I know - he did provide some reasoning later on). But he's tended to wait around for a while to cast his votes (still waiting for his vote on this round I think), and he ultimately did follow Dan's votes and eventually voted for LLL.
I am an actual noob here btw - not some retread of some other person. Rummy plugged me into this thing.

Overexplaining
eh im torn here because on the one hand, yep he's definitely overexplaining and doing the thing that maf sometimes do of throwing out a few names (often including one team member), circling around the explanation, then landing on a vote that could've easily gone elsewhere instead (e.g. if jaz was his teammate so he throws out his name for passive distancing but then avoids actually voting for him).
and those of us who regularly play with dan know that he often will play chaotic townie and throw around some names to see what comes out of it/what people do in response, especially on d1. so i dont put that much stock in his doing so with the MD/LLL back and forth thing, but i also am getting the impression that samp sees it as genuinely sus since he doesn't know dan's game style.
im question mark on dan but leaning town on samp from this post. just seems like he's looking at things in a town lens, even if i dont necessarily agree with his analysis.

I have asked two questions to people. You and Cinci. I was poking around with Cinci because it seemed like a person might make their first compilation post in a game that "mattered" more to them. Cinci didn't really give me anything in either direction.
