if that's true, scheduling Sunday between 2manydjs, Despacio, and now 1999.ODDS is going to be interesting and difficult. Gotta think at least one of them is playing after Despacio would close in that case, if not both of them.

if that were the case it probably would have been on a different day so they can rotate through Despacio easier. Although I guess if both acts are late enough it might not matter.

stacking them on the same day also just gives them the option of closing Despacio earlier, which I think they did one of the days in 2016? I don't remember tbh
Dombresky - Vintage Culture - Nora - Jamie with no break in between sets? Just have the Sahara constantly moving and grooving from 2:30 - 6:30 or some bs like that.
would be a lot of fun if they'd do a throwback to that style of programming in the Sahara, not sure they'd actually do it though.
What if Maceo Plex is getting a Solomun-style promotion this year? It would be boring, but he's played so many times and he's on the third line.
I was thinking about Maceo also. He's played the Yuma twice, then played the Gobi last time, which makes me think somewhere other than Yuma might be in store here (but I'm not sure if his Gobi set in 2018 was a live band or something). But it's not unusual for third line acts to play the Yuma (Fatboy and Cirez D the last two years for example).
Push would be awesome where we have Jamie Jones or Tobe right now. 8-10pm range in a tent feels great for him.

My thought process matches yours pretty much exactly. he had a live set in 2018, wasn't a band or anything though.
If we’re thinking that 1999.ODDS is indeed James Murphy (which at this point I do for reasons) then so we need to schedule him after 10:30, or do they just close the Descpacio earlier on Sunday because both 2manydjs (and possibly Murphy) will be playing?

Doesn’t Push have some songs with Gorillaz? I would try avoid a conflict with them if at all possible, but like him at night in a tent as others have suggested.
Pusha has one song with Gorillaz, but it doesn't seem like they play it much and I wouldn't expect it necessarily from looking at other setlists.

did you just randomly drop a scoop? When did we find out that’s James?

i dunno why, but I believe that guy. gonna be sad if that conflicts with frank
Yeah, there's something about the confidence with which he's talking about it that I think it's true. Would really suck if it's the same time as Frank.

Curious what people think about having MK close the Sahara on Sunday instead on Sremmurd, who could play the Sahara during Bjork instead. Or is that dumb?

I have a hard time with Snail Mail being that late in the evening. Gobi works stage-wise, but having seen her a few times her shows can be a tad bit downtempo, even with more high energy songs in the mix. I'd move her to Dinner Party's spot and then shift everyone down one

Dinner Party during Calvin/BLACKPINK would be great. Biggest schedule concern is that Saturday night could suck. Something like Dinner Party -> Underworld would be perfect.
I did not really like this guy's music when I listened to it, but then watched this for the first time last night and I was like, "wow, this might be a must see"...I have no idea if this is the type of thing he does for his typical shows, and it can definitely fit on the outdoor, but I can also see Paul shooting for the main stage during the day if he's bringing something like this to Coachella.
