Teddy said no dead people early on in the draft since the festival would be done this year.

But have played since 2015. In the spirit of the game- I'd be fine with him drafting the rest of Linkin Park as long as he also drafts a singer for them. "And Friends" is way too loose. Since this festival would still be played we ruled no dead folks.
