Great thread - a big bucket list item for me is a show in all 50 states. I'm at 18 so far (AL, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, TN, VT plus DC if you count that, so 19 if yes) and checking Texas off next weekend. Missed opportunity not hitting SC and MS when I lived in Atlanta otherwise I'd have pretty much the entire southeast covered.
As far as specific acts go:
State Radio - 8 counting DC (there, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VT) Run The Jewels - 7 (CO, FL, GA, LA, MA, NY, TN) 311 - 7 (CO, CT, GA, LA, MA, ME, NH) Primus - 7 (AL, GA, MA, ME, NC, NY, TN) A few others at 5
If you extend State Radio to any Chadwick Stokes-inclusive act (Dispatch and solo shows), 8 would go up to 10 with GA and TN.

Total states I've seen a show for me I think is 14- MD, DE, DC, FL, GA, PA, VA, NY, MA, KY, CO, LA, NV, NJ. Being in the Mid Atlantic makes this easy to knock out a lot.

It's amusing to think of all the artists who I've seen in other states but not my home state. You'd think I'd have seen the Foo Fighters in California at some point, but nope, only fests in other states. Same with MMJ.

I’ve seen: Phish/Trey/Mike 36 times in 6 states. Wilco/Jeff Tweedy/Tweedy 17 times in 4 states (OH, IN, KY, IL). Brandi Carlile 4 times in 4 different states (OH, KY, TN , CO).

Everything else is 3 states or fewer.
If you’d ever come to Solid Sound you could really boost those Tweedy/Wilco numbers. Just sayin’.
