If I hadn't moved then Jortles would have been the leader in votes with zero ties how did I eff it up
because if you'd stayed where you were, someone was going to move off jortles. we wouldn't exile someone d1r1 randomly like that. it is guaranteed someone will move to avoid a straight runoff in d1; it is not guaranteed people will move to avoid a two-way, unfortunately.
