1. To add an user to the list, just post their name and rank, like this:
DMS: S (user can no longer be placed directly into S, but must be upgraded from A) Juggs: A Tranter: B Ellie: F
I 'll try to keep the OP updated with the full tier list as long as I can.

To change the position of a poster, it must be proposed then confirmed by another poster. Acts can only be raised or dropped one tier at a time. The original nominator of an act is not allowed to confirm or deny a change in standing. Example:
Drop Tranter to C. or Raise Juggs to S Confirmed/Denied

Each post may contain one addition to the list, one raise/drop, or one confirm/deny.

No posting twice in a row. (Discussion-type posts exempt)
5.
Only 10 users each in S+ and Z. S+ votes must be confirmed by three posters.
