It’s annoying waiting, but I’d rather wait longer and they actually get a good headliner. The Stones and JT are both great IMO. Obviously Taylor is too, but I am not expecting that.

why does this mean Doja is out
I assume it means GV was testing the pulse with Doja with the HDD article and based on the reaction have decided to not go with her as a headliner.
I'm not even planning to go this year so IDK why I'm still drawn to these threads like one of those months you see walking out of the festival entranced by those giant portable spotlights.

This one was probably my favorite Outdoor set. Loved Miike Snow’s first album and the second had some bangers and they were all in this set. Paddling Out and Animal were some all timers for me.

The longer this line up drop drags on, the more i feel Coachella is just gonna "phone it in" with his years line up. Or maybe i am just using reverse psychology to trick Coachella and Paul into releasing the best line up in years....and they do it today....or not

That set from i dont know, 2012 I think, is among by Top5 fave Coachella shows ever.
Nothing tangible. We just know that they are working on new music, they had a show lined up for late 2023 that randomly never happened. So there's a chance they'd have a set ready if Coachella gave them enough incentive to come back
Okay I'll say it: it's time for a Coachella cum leak, even if its just a dribble. GV can only give us blue balls so many times before someone blows a load so messy that it scrambles the lineup placements.

for the record, his last major posted scoop was that the Primavera lineup would include LDR, Pulp, The National, Mistki, and Beth Gibbons (correct) and Kylie Minogue, La Femme, Future Islands, Jane's Addiction, and the Smile (incorrect). So 50% right on that, but I believe he was the only person who floated Beth Gibbons before the lineup was released. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

for the record; my line of business puts me in contact with a lot of people that work in booking agencies. in Europe. some of the acts share same agents for all markets, some have various people, different agencies etc. pretty much everything I put in here is either 100% confirmed OR what I believe will happen from what I hear. For example that post I had that Mars Volta will take a pretty big break in 2024/2025 was something I was told in September, after their show in NYC. And then they pop up on Roo line up 4 months after, so I guess plans sometimes change, or various offers come in that make artists change their minds.
