Olivia today is as big as Billie in 22? Doesn't seem like it.
Olivia=Billie this year. When Billie was announced as headliner in 2022, I complained about how much she didn’t deserve the spot bc I didn’t think she was headliner worthy. But her career has only taken off. Don’t make the same mistake I did and assume Olivia isn’t headliner worthy. She’s in the exact same spot Billie was.
Billie toured the world a couple times before headlining along with headlining a bunch of festivals. Olivia has done one tour. Big difference in experience right there. Its been discussed that she has said she never wanted to take any shortcuts when it came to things so maybe it explains the total lack of headline slots she easily couldve said yes to instead of just doing a regular tour. Not like any festival wont keep throwing money at her as it is.

She has a major lore with her fans where she leaves Easter eggs and other clues about when she’s dropping her next projects. 13 is her favorite number and she releases a number of her albums and announcements on the 13th or dates that have to do with 13. She also dresses according to the theme of the albums she’s about to drop etc.

Jerry’s manager got back to me on Reddit amazingly. No Talking Heads. “Coachella sends offers every year but no takers.” Sounds like no remain in light either

A lot of festivals had trouble landing headliners last year so they took a break to save some money and go harder this year. expect DD and Aint No Picnic to be really great bills
