It happened the first day of When We Were Young this year; Green Day invited up a guy who evidently was lying and just didn't know how to play guitar and they kicked him off stage, then kind of mocked him the next day ("we need a guitarIST not a guitarISH"). The kid who played day 2 (when I went) was amazing.
