He is supposed to be. But he had a hearing this week to challenge that his lawyer was an idiot for using AI to help defend him and botching the case. It could result in re trying the case or dismissing it. So theres still a way to delay the sentencing hearing for now if it doesnt go his way.

I had a weird dream a few years ago where Beastie Boys headlined, and they just brought out other rappers to rap MCA's verses. I was standing in the crowd, bugging out, watching Eminem rap MCA's verse in Paul Revere.
