There have been a lot of wonderful tiny desks of late, but this one takes the cake. Has he played Coachella before? If not, this screams obvious to me. That first track is just unreal.
With Taylor, those dates can be next fall but they cant be nfl stadiums since the season would have started and that would be a pita to route and to not have damaged playing surfaces. I mean maybe MLB since 80% of teams would be out due to postseason and such. So 2025? Or its just Canada
Beyonce is playing Arrowhead in October, and she regularly played NFL stadiums in September in 2016 and 2018. I'm not going to do a deep dive cross reference but I'd imagine a London game + bye week would ok a stadium for a concert. Indy, New Orleans, and Miami off the top of my head. Plus the Alamodome has no football conflict. Add in 2 or 3 baseball stadiums and that's the fall leg
Take deuxmoi for what it is, but if this is Taylor, she won't be at Coachella. I lean towards the post being about Taylor since her current US tour ends in a few weeks, whereas Beyonce's just started. Plus, who besides those two is truly an A-lister with a popular tour?

You can argue about what "A list" is but it's likely her

stadium build for taylor is the thing. You have to also get around monday night football and thursday night on top of that. Are the nfl franchises going to bend over backwards to make the schedule work in their favor to have the tour again? Its gonna drive the one dude who does the whole schedule even more mad. Remember bye weeks dont begin until Week 5 normally, which puts you mid october already.

But her second leg is already announced. Wouldn’t be much of a prediction.

At this point Taylor probably draws more money to a city/stadium than a NFL game (minus alcohol sales). I think some decision makers wouldn't say no to her. The cities I mentioned have domes. NFL 2024 schedule can't even get set until division placements are determined in 2023. Stadium availability will continue to increase as NFL puts more games in England and Germany. I do agree it's probably not likely she tours US in fall 2024 but it's definitely possible.
All it'll take is an NFL team not playing any home games in back to back weeks to get the upkeep on the field. If the stadium uses artificial turf, even easier. A stadium like Arizona rolls their grass in and out of the field between games anyways. It's def possible.
i was thinking about how coachella fucked up by not getting pavement on their reunion but then considered what the crowd would be like and realized it was for the better

I mean when Pixies played in 2004 they were a sub and then 10 years later ended up as a surprise in the Mojave. Pavement likely wouldve had the same fate.
deftones have been on every coachella mock from 2020 it feels like onwards lmaoo
And we've gone from "would Deftones' crowd be big enough for the Outdoor?" to "would Deftones' crowd be too big for the Outdoor?" over the same time period too
