If Coachella and a few other fests had the balls to book Knocked Loose ( and turned out to be a successful booking ) I think the same is possible with Carti. The only issue is that Carti is gonna wanna at least be sub headliner and I don't know if Chella has it in them to boom a hardcore act that high.

you can't just say Carti is hardcore and it magically becomes true. His music and fanbase have almost nothing in common with that of KL

the way i see it,
taylor would bring out some of the most intense camper/going for one artist fans that coachella has ever had. however, i personally think that there are more acts that would be swiftie approved compared to the beyhive in 2018. for example: Lana Del Rey, The National, Bon Iver, HAIM, Paramore, Ice Spice, Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpinter & Phoebe Bridgers would fill out the lineup quite nicely and also are liked by many non-taylor fans. win/win imo
