Just got back from seeing U2 at the Sphere. Sat in the obstructed view seating (100s) and from this perspective the screen looked about the same size and scope as the Coachella mainstage. On the U Talkin U2 2 Me podcast, sounds like there was a confirmation that they'll be touring this show. I could see this on the poster headlining.
Baby Keem being 3rd is probably realistic but sheesh, having Kendrick as family really expedited his billing. I think he's 3rd line 2022 and end of 2nd line 2024 without that bump

After seeing his set at primavera this year I totally get it, his life performance really improved. I believe he was billed “2nd line” there as well.
I thought we'd know better than to take the Coldplay bait at this point. To me, they're just a placeholder on mocks thru Oct-Nov while we wait for actually credible headliner rumors to surface in December, cause this happens this time of year, every year.
Can someone ask the old lady from Egypt what she thinks of Lana Del Rey headlining Coachella so we can know whether the festival has redeemed its reputation as a laughingstock worldwide
The late LA dates for Zach Bryan does seem odd though. I wonder if there was talks for him to play Coachella and it just fell through.
Thats usually how it goes though? If we are going to believe the Dua rumors that she is deciding on Coach or Glasto then theres going to be regular tour dates in their place.

Dua Lipa might be playing depending on how much you trust The Sun, Tyler the Creator might be playing depending on how much you trust a guy named Bluntmaster 3000, we know like 3-4 likely undercard acts and Confidence Man is out.

I figure it's either that, or he's a backup option for them if a headliner falls through late again, or he's planning on guesting with someone? Or maybe he just wants to attend and check it out lol.

I mean its. Dj set for Con Man and they could be on Weds. enough time to make it to Indio for Saturday.
More so than Snowbombing, unless their NA tour does huge numbers I don’t see them coming back that soon when the UK remains a much more lucrative market for them.
Edit: which…none of it really matters because Confidence Man is not a particularly popular band in this country who only really had a slim shot of getting booked for Coachella in the first place, like most other bands on this planet, and if they were booked, it’s only one of 30 like each day. There’ll always be an exception to radius clause stuff (Fatboy Slim last year, Scowl/Sick New World this year) but I don’t see the fact exceptions exist as a reason to get your hopes up about anything.
