Sounds like Rivers is teasing Bsides for the blue tour. I’m back in. Shakey Knees liked the post of the tour announcement, I wonder when and if they will give an official confirmation on us getting that.

They did for the Reflektor tour and they did for these overseas shows for Funeral. At least “black tie optional” was in the initial flyers they put out on social media. It’s obviously not mandatory or anything, was just curious. I’ll probably bring something down with me if they post anything about it.

Arcade Fire’s setlist from the festival run looks promising. Weezer only played blue front to back for their show at the Lodge. Weird seeing as the album is less than 45 minutes long. They did play a recording of Mykel & Carli after which would be awesome to hear live. Getting into Wine Lips big time the past month, can’t wait to see them.

The first year they were at Shaky we ended up trying it just because there was no line and absolutely loved it. Every year the line got longer and longer and now it's one of the longest

Agree that Island Noodles and Roti Rolls are both great choices. And I'm good for at least 1 King of Pops visit per day. Chocolate sea salt.

I saw some girl order them last year. Didn’t get the chance to ask her if they were any good though.

It’s so good. I’ve played through it a few times already and it’s excellent. This will prob be the first set at Shaky that I try and get rail for.

So are people still convinced that Weezer will add Shaky as part of their Blue Planet tour? Because I’m not.
They are playing Greenville SC (3 hrs away) in Sept I think? If they don't I'll probably see them there since my BIL lives there and we both like the 3 bands on that tour bill

Sweet. A few people on Facebook and Reddit have said that it’s “confirmed”, and I disagreed. I’d think by now we’d get confirmation and they’d be promoting it if it was the case, but who knows. We also have that TBA to be announced too.

Shakey Knees is also on their Blue Voyage tour page, but so are the dates with Smashing Pumpkins. Going to fish for a comment on his discord. Last time they did the Memories tour they chose to do the full Blue show with the hits at their festival dates.

I’d love to see the blue album in full. People are saying that Shaky is part of their Blue Planet tour, and that it is confirmed they are playing the blue album at Shaky, but that’s not true. It’s not posted on any of weezers social media, or on their website, nor on Shaky’s. Unless an announcement is coming, this will be a normal Weezer headlining set. In Weezers website, shaky is listed under “tour”, but not on the Blue Planet graphic they have. imgur.com/a/72VaxOD

I haven't seen Weezer in (checks notes) 25 years. I'm just glad age has not stopped me or Weezer from rocking out bc the blue album is something that I played the hell out of in HS and college. I hold a dear place in my heart for it. That said, if they play Beverly Hills I might just leave right then and there
