Noon. Spanish people don't wake up before eleven, people should know this by now in this thread.
Yeah, the unemployed Spanish or if those making the announcements have no other real jobs lol and/or those who party hard on late night Fridays thru morning of Saturdays and rinse & repeat Saturdays-Sundays. For most of us when I was there, we wake up 7-8-before 9 am for work if office or work is walking distance. And there’s a reason why we are celebrated or known for long siesta from early afternoon thru late afternoon because the majority wakes up relatively early in the morning and stay/eat late in the evening for plenty family time.
