Old school line-up. Don't know if that means no Rosalia/Balvin/Karol G headlining or even no rapper headlining tho that would be weird. And ¿all? of the bands that are 99,9% in given their routing are in fact playing. See The National, The Armed, The Smile, Jane's Addiction and so on.
Hey, just passing along what I know and keeping to myself what I'm not sure about. Sorry you don't like the info I get.

think this is the year for both aphex and chem bros, since sonar nabbed the last two years, respectively. thinking sonar will steal justice this year, tho.
Cannot believe that there are still some people that actually think that Taylor Swift is coming
tour with a perfect gap for it with a weird single Madrid date prior to Prima and a Lyon one after it. “You’re not ready for it” .. Are you ready for it?
Just feels like two pieces of evidence it’s possible. There’s more evidence for her than half the headliners speculated, it’s not crazy to think it’s possible at this point

As someone said on efestivals forum, why would she do that? Does she even know about existence of Primavera? Why wouldn’t she just make a normal show in Barcelona and probably make much more money?
Secondly, why would Primavera spend so much money on her? Ok the day she comes will be sold out pretty fast as her fans are very into her, but what about the other days, how can the afford to bring The Cure, SZA, Travis, The National plus hundreds of other smaller artists if they spend half of the money on her?
And the last point about the gap. It’s not a crazy gap. It’s just a 2 day gap. And yes Barcelona is in the middle of both Madrid and Lyon but it’s still not that big of a gap for her, her shows are super long and probably she gets very tired after that, I cannot see her perform 3 shows in 3 different cities in 4 days, I really can’t.

I can’t really say the why, probably just wants to play a festival or two at some point to change up the pace. She was going to play Glastonbury in 2020 which would’ve paid her less than Primavera. Maybe she heard from her good friend Aaron Dessner that Primavera’s a fun festival to play.
They could afford Dua Lipa - Tyler the Creator - Gorillaz (which is effectively a top 3 at almost any US festival) on a single day. They had a not so great year and will want to bounce back with a sell out. Primavera is not some poor middle market festival, it’s one of the richest in the world.
I’m not saying I’m sure she’ll play. I just think given how (a) she weirdly chose to only do one night in Madrid while doing at least two nights in much smaller markets, (b) that Madrid date is the day before Primavera, & (c) they just made a social media post with what could easily be a reference to one of her songs that it’s possible and you guys are being too quick to just dismiss it as impossible. And because I like arguing about pointless shit on the internet and taking contrarian positions to get bragging rights in the rare events I’m right.

I’ll bet you a beer she isn’t playing
I’ll take it if you buy me two if she is playing. Even I’m aware it’s a still a longshot

I think that this Taylor thing is probably the most random and impossible artist booking I’ve seen being discussed for Primavera, like ever. But let’s see, I still think she’s 99% out, but that 1% is still there ehehehe
Personally I will be shocked if they do book her, as my mind cannot really imagine that, maybe I could picture her playing Primavera in 2018 or 2020 (she was supposed to be at Mad Cool that year right?) but I can’t picture it for 2024.

People on efestivasl forum pointed out that the there is a countdown on Primavera site and that it ends at 10:00 (10AM) Barcelona time. Maybe that's when they are going to slowly drop the video with the lineup?
